HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number which you can use to track your order.

Processing orders usually takes 2-4 days. You should expect to receive your orders within seven (7) to fourteen (10) days once your order is shipped.

We only ship within the USA.

Your orders are usually shipped via USPS, Fedex, or UPS. It depends which treadmill you purchase and where you are located.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL?

Either on the product page or while checking out, click on the PayPal button and you will be redirected to PayPal. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful PayPal payment, we will start processing your order. It’s fast, easy, and secure.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by PayPal.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR LOST?

In the rare event of receiving a damaged item, contact us as soon as possible. We will require photo/video proof of the affected item. We will cover any shipping cost back to us and send you a replacement

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you decide you want to return the item for whatever reason, you have 7 days to contact us and ship it back. Anything more than 7 days will not be eligible for a return. If you are returning it for personal reasons, you must pay for the return shipping.
